The story
Mr. Toad breaks things.
- Mr. Toad of Toad Hall buys an Integra Lens mug, and, having met himself, a 2-year Mock Warranties plan. His payment signs the plan's terms.
- Seven months later the mug meets the floor of a motor-car. Toad claims, loudly.
- The plan's Agentic Transaction Record names the mug's order and the plan's terms by their fingerprint. The claim is decided by those words: accidental damage, covered from the day the plan was bought.
- A month after that, Toad claims again, for a mug that "went missing". The same terms say no: loss is not covered, and a plan pays out once.
Each decision quotes the clause that made it. Toad cannot argue with his own signature, though he tries. Try a claim
