# The LCP logo: terms of use

Version 1.2. Effective October 6, 2026.

The Legal Context Protocol (LCP) is an open standard under the Apache 2.0 license, co-stewarded by its founding
maintainers (see legalcontextprotocol.org). Integra Ledger, Inc. ("Integra"), one of those maintainers, offers this
download of the LCP logo. These terms are Integra's terms for this download: they say how you may use the files you
download here. They claim no ownership of LCP or its logo, and they do not change the license of the LCP specification.

## 1. What you may do
- Use the logo to refer to LCP: in documentation, articles, talks, slides, videos and websites.
- Use it to show that your product, service or site implements or supports LCP, as long as that is true.
- Use it in open-source projects, including in a README, documentation and project websites.
- Resize it, and use the colour or the one-colour (black or white) form.

## 2. What you may not do
- Change the logo's shape, proportions, colours (other than the one-colour forms) or lettering, or combine it with
  another mark.
- Use the logo, or anything confusingly like it, as part of your own product's, company's or project's name or logo.
- Use it in a way that suggests LCP's maintainers endorse, sponsor or certify you, your product or your project.
- Sell the logo itself, or present goods carrying it as official LCP products.
- Use it on anything unlawful, misleading or disparaging.

## 3. How to show it
- Keep clear space around the logo of at least half its height.
- Do not display it smaller than 16 pixels high on screen or 6 mm in print.
- Where a notice fits, say: "LCP is an open standard; see legalcontextprotocol.org."

## 4. The download
- The fee is nominal and paid in test USDC, which has no value. Paying it records your agreement to these terms: the
payment carries the fingerprint of an agreement record that holds the SHA-256 of this document.
- These terms grant no right in the LCP name or logo beyond what section 1 permits, and no right in any patent or
  other intellectual property.
- Refunds: you may cancel for a full refund until you first download the files. Once they have been downloaded,
  the purchase is final.
- You may download the files again later from your order's fingerprint, after signing with the wallet that paid.

## 5. General
- Integra may change these terms for future downloads. Each change takes a new version number and date; a download is
governed by the version its agreement record holds.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
